We shape your words. From the brief we draft the copy and finish it with you. Long-form writing from scratch is quoted separately.はい。ヒアリングをもとにこちらで下書きをつくり、お客様の言葉を活かしながら一緒に仕上げていきます。BRAND プランはコピーの執筆まで含みます。長い文章を一から書き起こす場合は、別途お見積りいたします。
Q.04What about the domain and hosting?ドメインやサーバーはどうなりますか？+
Registered in your name, set up by us. Only the actual cost, roughly ¥2,000–5,000 a year. The site stays your asset after launch.お客様の名義で取得し、設定はこちらで行います。ご負担は年 ¥2,000〜5,000 ほどの実費だけです。公開後もお客様の資産として残ります。
Q.05What happens after launch?公開したあとは、どうなりますか？+
For ¥7,800 a month we stay with you after launch. It covers: up to two content updates a month, 60 minutes of work in total (hours, menu, prices, news, photos); fixing anything that breaks (layout, forms, links); managing domain, SSL and hosting renewals; a monthly backup; a monthly check of Search Console and analytics with a short note on what we noticed; and a support line with replies within two business days. New pages, redesigns and new features are quoted separately. Month to month, cancel any time, and the site stays yours either way. Prefer to do it yourself? We hand over the how-to.公開後も月 ¥7,800 でお手伝いを続けます。営業時間やメニュー、料金、お知らせ、写真の差し替えは月2回まで（作業は合計60分まで）承ります。表示の崩れやフォームの不具合、リンク切れが起きたときの修正と、ドメイン・SSL・サーバーの更新期限の管理、月1回のバックアップもこちらで行い、Search Console とアクセス解析も毎月見て、気になる点があればご連絡します。ご相談には2営業日以内にお返事します。新しいページの追加やデザインの変更、機能の追加、文章の書き起こし、広告運用、SNS の代行投稿、他社がつくったページの修正、お客様ご自身の編集で崩れた箇所の復旧、商品の大量登録、印刷データの作成は含みません。また24時間の監視はできないため、サーバー会社側で障害が起きたときは、状況を確認してご連絡するところまでの対応になります。契約は月単位でいつでも解約でき、解約後もサイトはお客様のものです。ご自身で更新したい方には、更新の手順をお渡しします。
Q.06How do I pay?支払いはどうなりますか？+
50% to start, 50% on launch, by bank transfer. Invoices are issued by Yoshida gumi Co., Ltd.着手時に50%、公開時に50%を銀行振込でお願いしています。請求書は運営会社である株式会社吉田組の名義で発行します。
Q.07Will people find the site on Google, and in AI answers?Google や AI の検索で見つかるようになりますか？+
Every plan ships with the technical groundwork: clean structure, page titles and descriptions, OGP, structured data (LocalBusiness / FAQ), sitemap, Search Console and Google Business Profile setup, fast load, mobile-first. Searches for your name or your name plus your town typically reach the top quickly, and a consistent name, address and FAQ make the site easier for AI answers to cite. Rankings for broad terms like "hair salon Wakayama" need ongoing content, which we can plan with you separately.すべてのプランに、検索と AI に見つけてもらうための下準備を含めています。整った構造、ページごとのタイトルと説明文、OGP、構造化データ（店舗情報・FAQ）、サイトマップ、Search Console と Google ビジネスプロフィールの設定、表示速度、スマートフォンでの見やすさ。屋号や「屋号＋地域名」での検索は、比較的早く上位に表示されるようになります。名前や住所、FAQ を揃えておくと、AI の回答にも引用されやすくなります。「和歌山 美容室」のような広い言葉での上位表示は継続的な発信が必要になるため、別途ご相談ください。
Q.08Who owns the site?サイトは誰のものになりますか？+
You do, completely. We hand over the HTML, images and the Git repository, and the domain is registered in your name. There is no "cancellation" that takes the site down: stop the monthly support, or even if we disappear, the site stays up and stays yours. That is the opposite of monthly-rental website services, where the site goes offline if you stop paying.すべてお客様のものです。HTML、画像、Git リポジトリをまとめてお渡しし、ドメインもお客様の名義で取得します。月額の伴走を解約しても、万一私たちが廃業しても、サイトはお客様の手元にそのまま残ります。支払いが止まると非公開になる月額レンタル型のサービスとは、この点が違います。
