A few notes.ご依頼の前に知っておいてほしいこと

— On revisions— 修正について

Two rounds at each stage are included; one round is one batch of feedback sent together. Text fixes and bug fixes before launch don't count. Further rounds are ¥10,000 each, so the project stays on schedule.各段階で2回まで料金に含まれます。1回とは、まとめていただいたフィードバック1通のことです。文字の修正や不具合の対応は、公開まで回数に数えません。3回目からは1回 ¥10,000 をいただいており、これは予定どおりに公開するための線引きです。

Photography (see PORTRAIT), copywriting from scratch (BRAND includes copywriting), domain / hosting costs, and e-commerce features (cart and payments), which are quoted separately. Extra pages and revision rounds beyond those included are charged as shown above. Everything is agreed in the quote before we start, and the quote doesn't grow afterwards.写真撮影（PORTRAIT をご利用ください）、文章の書き起こし（BRAND はコピー執筆を含みます）、ドメインとサーバーの実費は料金に含まれません。EC機能（カート・決済）は別途お見積もりです。ページの追加や、含まれる回数を超える修正は、上に書いた金額で追加になります。これらはすべて着手前のお見積もりで確定し、確定後に金額が増えることはありません。

— On timelines— 納期について

Counted in business days from the day we receive your materials (text, photos, logo). Reply within a day at each check-in and the schedule holds.原稿・写真・ロゴなどの素材をいただいた日から、営業日で数えます。各段階のご確認に1日以内でお返事いただければ、予定どおり進みます。

— After launch (¥7,800 a month)— 公開後の伴走（月 ¥7,800）

Up to two content updates a month (hours, menu, prices, news, photos). Fixing anything that breaks. Domain, SSL and hosting renewals. Monthly backup. Monthly Search Console and analytics check with a short note. Replies within two business days. Not covered: new pages, redesigns, new features, copywriting from scratch, ad management, posting to social media, fixing pages built by others, repairing your own edits, bulk product entry, print files. We can't monitor around the clock, and for outages on the hosting side we can only check and keep you posted. Month to month, cancel any time, and the site stays yours.営業時間やメニュー、料金、お知らせ、写真の差し替えは月2回まで（作業は合計60分まで）承ります。表示の崩れやフォームの不具合、リンク切れが起きたときの修正と、ドメイン・SSL・サーバーの更新期限の管理、月1回のバックアップもこちらで行い、Search Console とアクセス解析も毎月見て、気になる点があればご連絡します。ご相談には2営業日以内にお返事します。新しいページの追加やデザインの変更、機能の追加、文章の書き起こし、広告運用、SNS の代行投稿、他社がつくったページの修正、お客様ご自身の編集で崩れた箇所の復旧、商品の大量登録、印刷データの作成は含みません。また24時間の監視はできないため、サーバー会社側で障害が起きたときは、状況を確認してご連絡するところまでの対応になります。契約は月単位でいつでも解約でき、解約後もサイトはお客様のものです。

For 30 days after launch, anything that doesn't work as built (layout, forms, links) is fixed free of charge, with or without monthly support.公開から30日間は、つくったとおりに動かない箇所（表示の崩れ・フォーム・リンクなど）を無償で直します。月々の伴走をお申し込みでなくても対象です。
